Basics of Canon law.
Objectives and competences
Students will obtain knowledges of the basic institutes of (continental) civil law, which will prepare them for the further understanding on the field of studiing the civil law, predominantly property, hereditary, famili law and law of obligations. They will understand the very sources of our legal tradition.
Intended learning outcomes
Knowledge and understanding:
To obtain the understanding of relevant basic institutes on the field of civil law. To obtain the basic legal terminologi of civil law. To understand the developement of civil law throughout the history. To understand the developement of various legal institutes from casuistry.
