Transcripts and transitions

The criteria for transitions between study programs implemented by the European Faculty of Law of the New University are regulated in the Regulations on the criteria for transitions of the European Faculty of Law of the New University.

 

Transition is enrollment in the second or higher year of the NU Euro-FL higher education study program when it comes to:

– termination of education after the first study program and continuation of studies according to another study program of the same level, or

– enrollment of a university graduate in a new study program at the same level, and

– enrollment of a higher education graduate in the second year of a first-level higher education study program.

 

Application deadlines for enrollment according to the criteria for transitions in the academic year 2024/2025 

 

The candidate submits an application for enrollment via an electronic application on the eVŠ web portal http://portal.evs.gov.si/prijava/. If the candidate is applying:

1) with a qualified digital certificate, he/she does not send the printed form by post, but submits the application for admission to the eVŠ by the closing date, including all required supporting documents;

2) without a qualified digital certificate with a qualified digital certificate, he/she does not send the printed form by post, but submits the application for admission to the eVŠ by the closing date, including all required supporting documents;

3) with an Authentication and Authorisation Infrastructure account  (AAI account), the printed form shall not be sent by post, but the application for enrolment in the eHE shall be submitted by the closing date of the application period, including all required supporting documents.

 

The following are considered timely:

1) an application that was completed and submitted with a qualified digital certificate to eVŠ by the end of the application period,

2) an application that was completed and submitted without a qualified digital certificate (with username and password) to eVŠ before the application deadline,

3) an application that was completed with an AAI account and sent to eVŠ by the end of the application period.
