XIII. International Doctoral Scientific Research Conference
Dear Doctoral Students,
It is our great pleasure to invite you to participate in the 13th International Doctoral Scientific Research Conference entitled New Technologies, Perspectives, and Paradigms: Challenges of the 21st Century, which will take place on 12 June 2026, at the premises of New University (Mestni trg 23, Ljubljana).
The conference is intended to foster interdisciplinary dialogue among doctoral candidates in the fields of social sciences and humanities, particularly in the areas of law, international relations, and public administration. The event provides a platform for the presentation of original research, the exchange of ideas, and critical discussion on the transformations shaping contemporary society — from technological innovations and international and legal developments to political, ethical, and global challenges.
Doctoral students are kindly invited to join us in creating a stimulating and intellectually enriching academic discussion.
