prof. dr. prof. dr. Rok Svetlič Visokošolski učitelj

Prof. dr. Rok Svetlič je znanstveni svetnik in izredni profesor za področje filozofije prava. Diplomiral je na Pravni fakulteti in Filozofski fakulteti Univerze v Ljubljani. Študij je nadaljeval na Filozofski fakulteti, kje je magistriral in doktoriral pod mentorstvom akad. prof. dr. Tineta Hribarja. V obdobju od leta 2001 do 2006 je bil zaposlen kot raziskovalec na Oddelku za filozofijo Filozofske fakultete Univerze v Ljubljani. Leta 2006 se je zaposlil na Fakulteti za humanistične študije na Primorskem. Od leta 2013 je zaposlen Znanstveno-raziskovalnem središču – Koper kot raziskovalec, kjer je predstojnik Instituta za pravo. Do leta 2020 objavil 37 znanstvenih člankov, 17 poglavij v monografijah, 6 monografij in en univerzitetni učbenik. Dr. Rok Svetlič is a Research Counsellor and associate professor of philosophy of law. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Arts of the University of Ljubljana. He continued his studies at the Faculty of Arts, where he obtained his master’s and doctoral degree under the mentorship of Acad. prof. dr. Tine Hribar. In the period from 2001 to 2006, he was employed as a researcher at the Department of Philosophy, Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana. In 2006, he joined the Faculty of Humanities of the University of Primorska. Since 2013, he works at the Science and Research Center – Koper as a researcher, where he is the head of the Institute of Law. By 2020, he has published 37 scientific articles, 17 chapters in monographs, 6 monographs and one university textbook.
