prof. dr. Živa Kristl Visokošolski učitelj
Živa Kristl je profesorica za na področju prava in managementa nepremičnin na Evropski pravni fakulteti. Diplomirala je na Fakulteti za arhitekturo, gradbeništvo in geodezijo Univerze v Ljubljani na oddelku za arhitekturo, kjer je tudi magistrirala in doktorirala s področja porabe energije v stavbah in dnevnega osvetljevanja. V letih 1992 in 1993 je v okviru projektov TEMPUS gostovala na AA School of Architecture, London. Med leti 1987 in 2014 bila asistentka in nato docentka na UL FGG na dodiplomskih, magistrskih in doktorskih programih gradbeništva ter gostujoča profesorica na Tehnični fakulteti Univerze na Reki. Posebno pozornost je namenila stavbam, ovoju stavb, uporabni gradbeni fiziki in energiji v stavbah. Leta 2015 se je pridružila Evropski pravni fakulteti. Trenutno predava na programu Pravo in management nepremičnin, kjer pokriva področje koncepta nepremičnin ter načrtovanja in gradnje stavb. Aktivno sodeluje v nacionalnih raziskovalnih projektih, mednarodnih izobraževalnih projektih, mednarodnih raziskovalno-razvojnih projektih, ki so namenjeni predvsem razvoju energetske učinkovitosti v stavbah, izboljšanju udobja v stavbah ter ozaveščanju stroke in javnih uslužbencev o gradbeni zakonodaji in problemih grajenega okolja. Objavila je več kot 80 člankov s področja rabe energije in ugodja v stavbah.
Živa Kristl is a professor in the field of law and management of real estate at the European Faculty of Law. She graduated from the Faculty of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy of the University of Ljubljana at the Department of Architecture, where she also obtained her Master’s and Doctorate degrees in the field of energy consumption in buildings and daylighting. In 1992 and 1993, as part of the TEMPUS projects, she was a guest at the AA School of Architecture, London. Between 1987 and 2014, she was an assistant and then an assistant professor at UL FGG in the undergraduate, master’s and doctoral programs in civil engineering and a visiting professor at the Technical Faculty of the University of Reka. She paid special attention to buildings, building envelopes, applied building physics and energy in buildings. In 2015, she joined the European Faculty of Law. He is currently lecturing on the Law and management of reals estate program, where he covers the area of real estate concepts and building planning and construction. He actively participates in national research projects, international educational projects, and international research and development projects, which are primarily aimed at developing energy efficiency in buildings, improving comfort in of users, and raising awareness among professionals and civil servants about construction legislation and the problems of the built environment. She has published more than 80 articles in the field of energy use and comfort in buildings.
